The misuse of the Platform, by any Partners/Customers will pursue a criminal action in case the Partners/Customer: - Introduce viruses, Trojans, spyware, adware or any other material, program or code which affects the operation of the Platform. - Attempt or gain unauthorized access to the server on which the Platform is stored , and/or database connected to the Platform. - Attack any Partners or attempt to access their data and do changes for data saved.
